Manufacturing process
- Load the BOPP roll into the coating machine and apply adhesive evenly on one side.
- Pass the coated roll through the drying chamber for heat setting.
- Transfer the coated roll into the slitting and rewinding machine.
- Automatically slit and wind the tapes onto paper cores of required width obtained from the core cutting machine.
- Inspect, weigh, and pack the finished BOPP tapes for commercial dispatch.
Market
BOPP adhesive tapes are consumed daily in large quantities by industrial, commercial, and retail organizations for packaging, sealing, and courier operations. Demand is directly correlated with industrial growth, e-commerce expansion, and general standard of living.
