Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Mix raw materials like alcohol, synthetic fragrance, triclosan, and aluminum salts in a batch mixer according to the desired product formulation.
  2. Feed aerosol cans into conveyors where the liquid solution is filled to the required quantity.
  3. Perform crimping of valves over the cans to hermetically seal the top portion.
  4. Fill the gas propellants into the cans and insert actuators on the conveyor line.
  5. Fix caps to the cans and move them forward for quality inspection.
  6. Print important details such as MRP, manufacturing date, and expiry date using a batch coding machine.
  7. Pack the finished aerosol cans into cartons for sale in the market.

Aerosols have diverse applications in healthcare, household disinfection, cleaning agents, car cosmetics, paints, and personal care products like deodorants and air fresheners.
