Manufacturing process
- Assemble the mould of the desired shape precisely in the clamping unit of the injection moulding machine.
- Melt thermoplastic pellets inside the heated barrel of the machine into a semi-solid state.
- Manually place filter paper into the mould at the prescribed layout with precision.
- Initiate the over-moulding process where the clamping unit slides inward and the injection unit charges the cavity using hydraulic pressure.
- Perform water cooling of the mould and eject the final air filter product using ejector pins.
- Pack the finished air filters appropriately and send them for sale.
