Manufacturing process
- Compounding and mixing raw materials including alcohol, water, surfactants, and fragrance in large stainless-steel tanks.
- Quality control testing of the liquid formulation batch in the laboratory.
- Feeding and cleaning empty aerosol cans using compressed air jets on the conveyor line.
- Filling the cans with the liquid mixture using piston filling heads on a carousel.
- Inserting valves, adding propellant, and crimping the cans to seal them.
- Passing the filled and sealed cans through a hot water bath heater to check for leaks and test structural integrity.
- Drying the cans with high-pressure air blowers, adding actuator buttons, overcaps, and labels.
- Boxing the finished aerosol cans into cartons and stacking them on pallets for distribution.
Market
Air fresheners are widely demanded across residential, commercial, and industrial segments including households, hotels, hospitals, and automobiles, with aerosol sprays remaining the most popular format.
