Manufacturing process

  1. Melt stearic acid, bee wax, and lanolin, then mix with light liquid paraffin at 80-85 degrees Celsius in a steel vessel to form the oil phase.
  2. In another vessel, heat water to 80 degrees Celsius and add triethanolamine, glycerine, and preservatives to form the water phase.
  3. Combine both phases with continuous slow stirring while maintaining the temperature at 80 degrees Celsius.
  4. After one hour, start cooling the mixture while continuing to stir.
  5. At about 40 degrees Celsius, add perfume and mix well until a fine, flabby cream is prepared.
  6. Fill the prepared cream into plastic jars and pack them into corrugated boxes.
