Manufacturing process

  1. Procure fresh aloe vera leaves from local farmers and wash them in a 4-stage washing process involving soaking, mineral water disinfection with calcium hypochlorite, and rinsing in hot water to remove aloin content and dirt.
  2. Trim the edges of the leaves manually using knives and feed them into the leaf pulp removing machine to separate the upper and lower layers from the fresh inner gel.
  3. Grind the extracted gel using a high-speed juicer to produce juice, which is then pumped into storage tanks.
  4. Heat the juice to 50-70 degrees Celsius, add pectolytic enzymes and secondary preservatives, and let it rest in a storage tank for 12 hours to reduce viscosity before filtering.
  5. Transfer the filtered juice into a homogenizer, add Carbopol and Aristoflex uniformly under high RPM stirring to form a fine emulsion of gel.
  6. Wash and dry packaging bottles or tubes, fill them with the prepared aloe vera gel using a paste filling machine, seal, and pack for final dispatch.

Market
