Manufacturing process
- Procure fresh aloe vera leaves from local farmers and wash them in a 4-stage washing process involving soaking, mineral water disinfection with calcium hypochlorite, and rinsing in hot water to remove aloin content and dirt.
- Trim the edges of the leaves manually using knives and feed them into the leaf pulp removing machine to separate the upper and lower layers from the fresh inner gel.
- Grind the extracted gel using a high-speed juicer to produce juice, which is then pumped into storage tanks.
- Heat the juice to 50-70 degrees Celsius, add pectolytic enzymes and secondary preservatives, and let it rest in a storage tank for 12 hours to reduce viscosity before filtering.
- Transfer the filtered juice into a homogenizer, add Carbopol and Aristoflex uniformly under high RPM stirring to form a fine emulsion of gel.
- Wash and dry packaging bottles or tubes, fill them with the prepared aloe vera gel using a paste filling machine, seal, and pack for final dispatch.
