Manufacturing process
- Anodize the aluminium-extruded sections by buffing, pickling in acid solution, cleaning in water, and neutralizing in chemical.
- Place the extruded sections in the anodizing tank for a specified duration, then wash them in water and dry them.
- Fabricate the sections according to design and size specifications by cutting, bending, and joining via screwing or riveting.
- Assemble the fabricated frame with glass or boards and beading where necessary, and attach handles, locks, tower bolts, and stoppers.
