Manufacturing process

  1. Anodize the aluminium-extruded sections by buffing, pickling in acid solution, cleaning in water, and neutralizing in chemical.
  2. Place the extruded sections in the anodizing tank for a specified duration, then wash them in water and dry them.
  3. Fabricate the sections according to design and size specifications by cutting, bending, and joining via screwing or riveting.
  4. Assemble the fabricated frame with glass or boards and beading where necessary, and attach handles, locks, tower bolts, and stoppers.

Market

Aluminum fabricated items such as doors, windows, staircases, and handrails are standard in modern residential, commercial, and office buildings due to lightweight, corrosion resistance, strength, and ease of maintenance.
