Manufacturing process

  1. Procure aluminium foil rolls of desired micron thickness from local vendors.
  2. Mount the die of desired shape and size onto the hydraulic punching machine.
  3. Feed the continuous aluminium foil through successive rolls into the punching machine.
  4. Operate the hydraulic punch to apply sufficient force and form the foil into the container shape.
  5. Blow compressed air over the die to cleanly remove the formed container.
  6. Inspect the initial pieces to ensure quality standards are met before continuous production.
  7. Collect finished containers in bins and pack them into required quantities for dispatch.
