Manufacturing process
- Procure aluminium foil rolls of desired micron thickness from local vendors.
- Mount the die of desired shape and size onto the hydraulic punching machine.
- Feed the continuous aluminium foil through successive rolls into the punching machine.
- Operate the hydraulic punch to apply sufficient force and form the foil into the container shape.
- Blow compressed air over the die to cleanly remove the formed container.
- Inspect the initial pieces to ensure quality standards are met before continuous production.
- Collect finished containers in bins and pack them into required quantities for dispatch.
