Manufacturing process
- Melt aluminium ingots in a furnace maintaining temperatures around 720 degrees C to 760 degrees C.
- Produce atomised aluminium by blasting a stream of molten metal into small particles using an air jet and atomizer.
- Draw the formed particles through a collecting duct and into a cyclone collecting system via suction.
- Segregate different sizes of aluminium powders by sieving.
- Pack the finished aluminium powder as per market requirements.
