Manufacturing process

  1. Blanking, Punching and piercing to cut out portions of the metal sheet.
  2. Deep drawing to shape and size the metal sheet according to the required design.
  3. Metal forming by spinning along the die surface to achieve the desired profile.
  4. Bulging process to expand the metal and force it to protrude.
  5. Beading and Curling to roll the metal under a die and create a reinforced edge ring.
  6. Coining or embossing to reduce the base thickness up to a maximum of 30%.
  7. Extruding, necking, and rib forming to shape features on the surface.
  8. Trimming to remove excess metal and obtain the finished part.
  9. Anodizing, polishing, and inspecting the manufactured utensils.
  10. Bunching finished utensils into sets and packing them for dispatch while recirculating scrap.

Market

Aluminium domestic utensils enjoy steady demand in both urban and rural areas due to their light weight, high heat conductivity, and affordability. They are widely used by middle and lower-income households as well as commercial catering establishments such as hotels, canteens, and restaurants.
