Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Procure and inspect raw fabrics, filter layers, and auxiliary materials.
  2. Cut the fabrics and filter layers according to the mask specifications using cutting machines.
  3. Stitch the layers together using flat lock, overlock, and Juki sewing machines, incorporating elastic straps and nose clips.
  4. Perform quality checks including permeability, stiffness, and filtration tests.
  5. Package the finished anti-pollution masks and store them in warehouse racks prior to distribution.
