Manufacturing process
- Collect fallen thick sheaths of areca nut palm leaves from grounds.
- Clean and soak the leaf sheaths in water for approximately 15 minutes.
- Dry the soaked sheaths for about 30 minutes.
- Compress the prepared leaves into different shapes using shaped dies in hydraulic or manual machines.
- Inspect, sort, and pack the finished crockery items as per customer requirements.
