Manufacturing process

  1. Receive patient impression and prepare master cast using dental stone and silicone gel inside a duplicating flask.
  2. Survey the master cast to check undercuts and design the framework using inlay wax.
  3. Invest the wax pattern in a casting ring using silica bonded investment material and burn out the wax in a casting furnace.
  4. Melt wironium or porcelain metal using an induction casting machine and cast into the ring using oxygen and LPG fuel.
  5. Cool the casting, remove investment material via sandblasting, and perform necessary welding or grinding.
  6. Apply opaque material and porcelain layers matched with a shade guide, then fire in a porcelain furnace.
  7. Finish and polish the final crown, bridge, or denture using burs, stones, and silicone polishers before packing and delivery.

Market

The Indian dental market is experiencing high growth driven by increasing healthcare awareness, better economic growth, and government policies. Demand significantly outstrips the supply of dental laboratories and technicians, making this a high-potential sector.
