Manufacturing process

  1. Uncoil, straighten and cut alloy steel wire to the required length.
  2. Feed the wire into the automatic heading machine for cold forging to form the head and required length.
  3. Trim the screw head to the exact required size in the trimming machine.
  4. Cut threads on the auto thread rolling machine.
  5. Perform heat treatment in an oil-fired furnace to harden the steel.
  6. Conduct quality control including visual sorting, dimensional gauging, and hardness testing.
  7. Package the finished Allen screws according to size and order specifications.
