Manufacturing process

  1. Twist fine stranded steel wires using a wire twisting machine to form the inner core and cut to specified lengths.
  2. Form the outer casing by coiling spring steel wire into a long closed spiral spring using a spring winding machine.
  3. Extrude a protective plastic layer over the outer casing spring using an automatic PVC cable extruder.
  4. Attach suitable metal lugs or ferrules to either end of the inner core and outer casing using a pressure die casting machine and arbor press.
  5. Inspect the assembled control cables for smooth mechanical movement and proper dimensions.
  6. Pack the finished auto control cables using a packaging machine for distribution and sale.

Automotive control cables are critical components heavily consumed by the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments. The market enjoys steady replacement demand due to regular wear and tear during vehicle operation, with consistent projected industry growth.
