Manufacturing process

  1. Mount the preassembled programmed microcontroller board and other electro-mechanical components inside the back compartment of the ABS cabinet and complete the electrical and mechanical fittings.
  2. Fix switches and LEDs to the front side enclosure.
  3. Place the sanitizer tank of required capacity (8L) in the front compartment of the ABS enclosure.
  4. Fix the mist atomizer and ultrasonic sensor in the lower portion of the unit.
  5. Test the automatic mist sanitizer dispensing machine for performance by adding alcohol-based sanitizer and connecting a proper power source.

Market

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing health safety needs, automatic sanitizer dispensers have high demand across hospitals, office complexes, shopping malls, schools, and public places. There are limited dedicated manufacturing units in India, ensuring a strong market potential.
