Manufacturing process
- Mount the preassembled programmed microcontroller board and other electro-mechanical components inside the back compartment of the ABS cabinet and complete the electrical and mechanical fittings.
- Fix switches and LEDs to the front side enclosure.
- Place the sanitizer tank of required capacity (8L) in the front compartment of the ABS enclosure.
- Fix the mist atomizer and ultrasonic sensor in the lower portion of the unit.
- Test the automatic mist sanitizer dispensing machine for performance by adding alcohol-based sanitizer and connecting a proper power source.
