Manufacturing process

  1. Die casting of top and bottom caps by filling dies with molten material melted in a tilting furnace.
  2. Sheet metal embossing and cutting of canisters, barrels, and caps using power press and shearing machines.
  3. Drilling of fitment holes on die-cast or sheet-metal components.
  4. Pleating, corrugating, or winding of filter paper, cloth, or foam to form the filter element core.
  5. Assembly and riveting of complete filter elements with top/bottom caps and canister units.
  6. Inspection, testing for specific parameters (flow rate, pressure drop, filtration efficiency), and final packing and dispatch.

Market

Air filters are essential components required in every internal combustion engine and industrial application where clean air intake improves fuel combustion efficiency and prevents engine wear.
