Manufacturing process
- Die casting of top and bottom caps by filling dies with molten material melted in a tilting furnace.
- Sheet metal embossing and cutting of canisters, barrels, and caps using power press and shearing machines.
- Drilling of fitment holes on die-cast or sheet-metal components.
- Pleating, corrugating, or winding of filter paper, cloth, or foam to form the filter element core.
- Assembly and riveting of complete filter elements with top/bottom caps and canister units.
- Inspection, testing for specific parameters (flow rate, pressure drop, filtration efficiency), and final packing and dispatch.
