Manufacturing process

  1. Mix base oils, herbal extracts, perfumes, and colors in a mixing tank using a slow-speed stirrer for 15-20 minutes and allow to settle for two to three hours.
  2. Filter the mixed oil through a filter press.
  3. Send the filtered oil to the laboratory for quality testing and inspection.
  4. Fill the tested oil into cleaned and dried bottles, seal them, and apply labels.
  5. Pack the finished bottles into corrugated boxes for marketing.

Market

Hair oils are items of mass consumption with high demand among both male and female populations. Local manufacturers can penetrate the market by offering competitive pricing compared to established major brands.
