Manufacturing process
- Mix base oils, herbal extracts, perfumes, and colors in a mixing tank using a slow-speed stirrer for 15-20 minutes and allow to settle for two to three hours.
- Filter the mixed oil through a filter press.
- Send the filtered oil to the laboratory for quality testing and inspection.
- Fill the tested oil into cleaned and dried bottles, seal them, and apply labels.
- Pack the finished bottles into corrugated boxes for marketing.
