Manufacturing process

  1. Procure and inspect raw bamboo and cane materials.
  2. Cut bamboo poles to required dimensions using a band saw and carpentry saws.
  3. Shape, carve, and drill bamboo components using chisels, gouges, and drill machines.
  4. Assemble the chair frame using adhesives and nails, incorporating cane binding and weaving for seats and backs.
  5. Finish, inspect, and prepare the manufactured bamboo chairs for packaging and sale.
