Manufacturing process

  1. Procurement of raw cotton yarn from cotton spinning mills.
  2. Weaving the yarn into grey fabric using power looms or handlooms.
  3. Bleaching the grey fabric in boiling kiers and bleaching tubs with starch solution to make it white and absorbent.
  4. Drying the bleached white fabric by passing it through a Stenter machine.
  5. Rolling the fabric into long rolls and transferring to the cutting section.
  6. Feeding the cloth into a calendering machine and winding machine to form large rolls, then cutting them into smaller desired lengths and widths.
  7. Sterilizing the cut bandage rolls in an autoclave.
  8. Collecting, packing in dozens, and preparing the finished products for marketing.
