Manufacturing process
- Feed two main line wires into the automatic barbed wire machine through its axes.
- Feed another wire across the pair of line wires at required intervals to form barbs.
- The machine automatically twists the point wire and line wires to form the desired barb strands at preset distances.
- The automatic gear-controlled mechanism feeds, twists, and cuts the barbed wire continuously.
- Collect, test for quality according to BIS specifications, and bundle the finished barbed wire for storage and distribution.
