Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Put all raw materials into the cooking kettle.
  2. Mix the mixture thoroughly using the sigma mixer.
  3. Extrude the material with the help of the plodder/extruder.
  4. Cut the final output into desired soap pieces.
  5. Stamp the design/brand on the face of the soap.
  6. Package the finished goods for distribution.
