  2. Throwing, centering, coning, raising up, and forming the clay on the potter's wheel.

  5. Baking and smoke-firing with rice husks in enclosed kilns to achieve a lustrous black surface.
  6. Applying silvery ornamentation by rubbing amalgam into etched patterns.
