Manufacturing process
- Procure and store raw materials in the warehouse as per production requirements.
- Induct measured quantities of raw materials into the mixer vessel using pumps and feed control systems.
- Mix raw materials in the required sequence for a predetermined time while maintaining temperature via water jackets.
- Pump the finished mix into the holding tank of the filling machine.
- Fill the product into tubes using the filling machine and crimp the bottoms.
- Pack the filled tubes into cartons and send them to the warehouse for sale.
