Manufacturing process
- Processing Ingots: Metals are blended to shape ingots.
- Heating: Ingots are heated to become malleable.
- Beating: Shapes are beaten using mallets with varying weights and wooden supports until bent to the required curve.
- Cooling: Post shaping, the metal is allowed to cool.
- Assembling: Parts are assembled and welded into a unanimous whole.
- Scraping: The inside dingy layers of cooking vessels are scraped off.
- Coating: The base surface is warmed, adhered to lac, and covered with tin oil to prevent food from sticking during cooking.
- Finishing: Washing with acid to achieve a golden appearance and decorating or carving designs onto the metal.
