Manufacturing process
- Feed scrap corrugated papers to a hydro pulper to obtain the required consistency of pulp.
- Mix and homogenize the pulp with long fibre pulp procured directly from large scale paper manufacturers.
- Feed the high consistency pulp obtained into a bubble paper moulding press.
- Dry the moulded paper in a drier to complete the production process.
