Manufacturing process

1. Cut copper pipes of required size and outer diameter to specified lengths.
2. Press the cut pipes in a power press using appropriate sets of dies.
3. Machine the pressed components and create internal threads.
4. Perform electroplating and buffing to give the final finish to the product.
5. Conduct physical verification and quality testing.
6. Pack the finished cable lugs for distribution.

Market

Cable sockets and thimbles are common electrical items required wherever electrical supply exists. Demand is driven by electricity boards, general industries, and power equipment manufacturers, showing continuous growth with industrialization.
