Manufacturing process

  1. Raw material procurement and sorting of plastic granules, PCBs, and electronic components in a clean environment.
  2. Injection molding of plastic granules to form rigid external enclosures, cases, and keys.
  3. PCB assembly involving solder paste application, component placement using pick and place machines, reflow soldering, and automated optical inspection (AOI).
  4. Final product assembly where molded plastic parts, rubber keypads, LCDs, and assembled PCBs are integrated and screwed together with battery connections.
  5. Comprehensive testing including endurance, durability, response time, accuracy, and functional ICT tests.
