Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Procure and store raw materials in inventory according to production demand.
  2. Mix polypropylene granules with color pigments, stabilizers, and additives in the mixer.
  3. Feed the mixed plastic blend into the injection moulding machine to produce plastic parts such as the base, outer wall, grip handle ring, lid top, and lid base.
  4. Shear circular plates out of SS sheets using a blanking press and draw them into metal pots using a deep drawing hydraulic press.
  5. Place the metal pot base into the PUF mold, pour measured PUF liquid, place plastic accessory walls quickly, and close the mold.
  6. Cure the assembly in an oven maintained at 45 to 60 degrees Celsius for foam expansion, then extract the case roll pot.
  7. Perform a similar foaming and curing process for the case roll lid using a separate PUF mold.
  8. Inspect finished case roll pots and lids manually, assemble them, and send for packaging and sale.

Market

Case rolls are widely used in Indian households, hotels, and restaurants to store food and maintain its temperature over extended periods.
