Manufacturing process
- Clean, cook, and dry harvested and dried castor seeds.
- Feed seeds into the decorticator and oil expeller for high-pressure continuous screw pressing.
- Extract and filter the crude castor oil through the filter press.
- Separate excess wax and conduct distillation stages to obtain pure castor oil, while collecting residual cake as byproduct.
