Manufacturing process

  1. Clean, cook, and dry harvested and dried castor seeds.
  2. Feed seeds into the decorticator and oil expeller for high-pressure continuous screw pressing.
  3. Extract and filter the crude castor oil through the filter press.
  4. Separate excess wax and conduct distillation stages to obtain pure castor oil, while collecting residual cake as byproduct.

Market

India accounts for 85 percent of the global castor seed output, serving as a primary exporter. Castor oil and its derivatives have steady demand across global markets for cosmetics, biodiesel, medicinal uses, and industrial lubricants.
