Manufacturing process
- Receive and inspect incoming raw materials such as grains, oil cakes, and bran, storing them in dry and pest-free conditions.
- Grind individual raw materials using hammer mills to the required particle size.
- Blend and measure out required quantities of raw materials according to the specific formulation.
- Feed the blended mass into the mixing section to homogeneously mix it with minerals, vitamins, and other ingredients including molasses.
- Pass the mixed mass through a pelletizing machine to form cattle feed pellets.
- Test the final pellets in a laboratory to confirm analytical values and pack them into bags for distribution.
