  1. Raw material procurement and quality checking of metal and plastic inputs
  2. Product design and determination of blade pitch, length, and specifications
  3. Injection moulding of plastic components such as canopy and blade accessories
  4. Metal parts fabrication including shearing, punching, and bending of blades, shafts, downrods, and motor covers
  5. Stator and rotor manufacturing via progressive lamination stamping and die casting
  6. Stator winding involving paper insertion, coil winding, and impregnation varnish dripping
  7. Assembly of stator, rotor, bearings, shaft, downrod, capacitor, housing, and blades
  8. Testing including electrical parameters, voltage testing, lock rotor test, and airflow testing
