Manufacturing process

  1. Mix raw materials including cement, sand, stone powder, and water to form a slurry.
  2. Place iron rods inside wooden or iron frames/molds.
  3. Pour the slurry into the prepared molds containing reinforcement.
  4. Allow the mixture to set and gain initial strength.
  5. Open the wooden molds to release the cast cement jalli, door, window, or allied product.
  6. Keep the items in a curing tank or area for a few days for proper curing.
