Manufacturing process
- Prepare concrete mix using cement, bajari, rodi, and water in a concrete mixture machine.
- Fill the concrete mixture into molds containing PC tensioned wires.
- Apply sufficient vibrations using shutter vibrators to eliminate air gaps and voids.
- Perform open-air natural curing for 42 to 72 hours.
- Detension poles and remove them from molds using chain pulley blocks on a gantry crane.
- Submerge products in water tanks for 10-15 days for thorough water curing, then stack in open storage.
