Chalk Crayons

Manufacturing process
- Clean the moulds and apply a lubricant mixture of kerosene and groundnut oil.
- Set the moulds in wooden frames.
- Mix plaster of paris, china clay, and additives with water to form a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the moulds and allow it to settle.
- Remove excess material and carefully extract the chalk sticks.
- Place sticks in wooden trays for initial drying, followed by sun drying.
- Test the chalks for strength and smoothness before packaging in wooden boxes.
