Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Procure raw materials, chemicals, and metal components from authorized vendors.
  2. Clean the metal items using metal cleaners to remove surface dirt, grease, and oil, followed by water rinsing.
  3. Perform etching of the component by dipping it in a sulfuric acid tank, then rinse multiple times in water.
  4. Immerse the cleaned component in a nickel tank for 10-15 minutes to apply a nickel undercoat, followed by water rinsing.
  5. Perform chromium plating on the nickel-coated surface by submerging the component in the chrome plating vat, followed by a final water wash.
  6. Dry the finished components using a hot dryer, then proceed to packaging and quality control.

Market

Chrome plating is widely used in automotive, aerospace, and domestic metal consumer goods like kitchen baskets for enhanced corrosion resistance, durability, and aesthetic appeal.
