Required for mixing slurry
Manufacturing process
- Pour water and mix ingredients into the slurry mixture
- Add fly-ash, cement, network former, and stabilizer
- Transfer the prepared slurry via material trolley
- Inject stable pre-formed foam and pour mixture into moulds
- Release blocks from moulds and stack them for curing
- Dispatch finished goods to market
Market
CLC blocks offer excellent thermal insulation, sound reduction, dead load reduction, and fire protection compared to traditional clay bricks, making them increasingly popular in modern construction and seismic zones.
