Manufacturing process

  1. Run paper reels together on a corrugated machine where one layer becomes corrugated through heated fluted rolls and is glued to another smooth sheet.
  2. Procure the resulting double face board rolls and cut them using board cutters.
  3. Glue the corrugated side on a pasting machine and apply a 3rd ply of paper to produce double face boards.
  4. Keep the boards under sheet pressing machines for setting of wet glued sheets, and optionally paste board-to-board to form thicker multi-ply boards like 5, 7, or 9 ply.
  5. Perform creasing, slotting, and stapling/joining to finalize the corrugated boxes before packing.

Market

With steady industrial growth, demand for corrugated paper boxes increases every year due to lightweight and customizable fabrication advantages. They are widely used across pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, and e-commerce logistics.
