Manufacturing process
- Unroll and fold cotton fabric rolls according to the dimensions of the bag and straps.
- Use a band saw machine to cut the straps out of the folded fabric and simultaneously cut the fabric into bag sizes.
- Take cut sections to the sewing area to fold and stitch the strap sections and bag sections separately.
- Stitch together the straps and bag bodies to form the complete cotton bag.
- Place the bags into a light duty hot press to press them into proper shape and remove wrinkles.
- Transfer the finished bags into a counting and packaging machine for counting and final packaging.
Market
Due to plastic bans and increasing eco-conscious consumer behavior, the demand for antibacterial and recyclable cotton bags is growing rapidly in the retail sector.
