Manufacturing process

  1. Procure high-yielding Murrah buffaloes and arrange proper housing in constructed animal and calf sheds.
  2. Manage daily feeding schedules using concentrate feed, green fodder, and dry fodder.
  3. Perform milking operations using milking machines or manual methods to collect raw milk.
  4. Store and supply raw milk directly to local consumers, sweet shops, hotels, or milk agencies.

Market

Dairy farming offers year-round employment and income generation. Buffalo milk contains higher butter fat and SNF percentages compared to cow milk, commanding higher market prices.
