Manufacturing process

  1. Pour raw materials step by step into the mixer.
  2. Start the machine and mix ingredients for 40-45 minutes while adding slurry and water.
  3. Add foam booster, colour, and sodium silicate, then let it rest.
  4. Add polymers and liquid fragrance.
  5. Transfer the dough from the mixer into the extruder.
  6. Fix and adjust the die outside the extruder.
  7. Cut the extruded material using a cutter to the specified shape.
  8. Stamp and package the detergent cakes.

The overall market for detergent in India is growing steadily. Demand for detergent cakes remains high in rural and semi-urban areas for both laundry and dishwashing applications.
