Manufacturing process

  1. Load measured dry and liquid raw ingredients into the tumbling or ribbon blender.
  2. Operate the blender to thoroughly mix all components into a uniform consistency.
  3. Discharge the blended mixture through the bottom doorway onto a conveyor or collection channel.
  4. Grind and sieve the mixture if necessary to ensure uniform particle size and remove lumps.
  5. Weigh and pack the finished detergent powder into appropriate packaging sizes for distribution.
