Manufacturing process

  1. Raw material procurement and quality testing of incoming diatomaceous earth stones.
  2. Unloading and crushing bulky raw material using a hammer crusher to smaller sizes.
  3. Grinding the crushed material in a pulverizing mill to achieve the desired fine powder particle size.
  4. Screening the ground powder using a separator to separate fine powder and recycle oversized particles.
  5. Heating or drying the powder in an oven if moisture removal is required.
  6. Weighing and packaging the finished diatomaceous earth powder into premade bags using an automated packaging machine.

Market

Diatomaceous earth powder has wide applications in the FMCG sector, water filtration, paints, plastics, agriculture, and chemical industries as a filler, abrasive, absorbent, and filtering aid.
