Manufacturing process

  1. Cut stainless steel needle tubes to size, enhance surface finish using a honing machine, grind bevels, clean with a water jet, and send to the assembly area.
  2. Weigh PE/PP pellets and additives, mix them in a heated mixer to form a plastic mixture, cool, and grind into small pellets.
  3. Feed plastic pellets into the injection moulding machine with appropriate moulds to produce barrels, plungers, needle adapters, and needle covers.
  4. Print volume scales onto the barrels using a graduation printing machine.
  5. Assemble all syringe parts together using a syringe assembly machine.
  6. Sterilize the assembled syringes in a sterilization chamber, conduct quality checks, and pack them individually followed by carton boxing.

Market

The demand for disposable syringes has increased rapidly due to awareness around infectious diseases like Corona Virus, AIDS, and Hepatitis, making old glass syringes obsolete and presenting a strong market in developing countries.
