Manufacturing process
- Receive garments from customers and sort them based on fabric type for dry cleaning or wet cleaning.
- Place garments into the washing or extraction chamber (basket/drum) of the cleaning machine along with solvents or water and detergents.
- Agitate and circulate the solvent or water solution at controlled temperatures to remove dirt and stains.
- Extract used solvent, filter it, and pass through a distillation unit to separate impurities and recover clean solvent for reuse.
- Dry the garments using tumble dryers and finish them using vacuum ironing tables and steam presses before final packaging.
