Manufacturing process

  1. Collection of duplex paper and waste books/copies as raw material.
  2. Pulp making by mixing waste paper with water in the pulper machine to smash them into slurry.
  3. Moulding the pulp through pipelines into the molding machine using specific dies to form the basic shape of egg trays.
  4. Drying the wet molded egg trays in a long drying line using omni-directional and three-dimensional hot air.
  5. Packaging the finished egg trays for safe storage and easy transportation to markets.

Market

The global egg cartons market is growing steadily, driven by increased demand for safe egg transportation, the rise of the food and beverage industry, and the preference for recyclable paper packaging over plastics.
