Manufacturing process

  1. Load sheet metal strips into press machines in the press shop to form components like housing, diaphragm, tone disc, and brackets.
  2. Send formed components to the paint shop for degreasing, zinc phosphating, powder coating, and curing in an oven at 220 degrees C.
  3. Wind electromagnetic coils on a dedicated coil winding line.
  4. Assemble painted components and wound coils sequentially along the assembly line with sensor-based poke-yoke error proofing.
  5. Test assembled electric horns for quality and performance before final packaging.

Market

Electric horns have consistent demand driven by automobile manufacturing, transport vehicle requirements, and the automotive aftermarket replacement sector.
