Manufacturing process

  1. Clean metal sheets in an acid pickling tank and cut to size using a shearing machine.
  2. Punch holes and cavities in the sheets using a punch press machine.
  3. Bend and fold the metal sheets to form the structural housing of the toaster and weld the corners.
  4. Over-mold plastic casing components using an injection molding machine with PVC pellets.
  5. Mount mica heating elements, circuit boards, thermostats, and electrical cords into the assembly.
  6. Attach bakelite handles using a stud welding machine and perform final quality inspection and packaging.
