Manufacturing process

  1. Dismantle the motor by removing the pulley with a puller, marking covers, drawing out the rotor carefully, and checking the bearings.
  2. Record motor data from the nameplate and coil measurements; strip old coils using a blowlamp or heavy current if tight.
  3. Insert new coils into the slots with proper insulation based on data sheets, then connect and tape the winding.
  4. Preheat the stator in a baking oven, apply insulation varnish by dipping or pouring, and bake again to cure.
  5. Perform final testing including earth test, open circuit, and short circuit tests to ensure serviceability.
