Manufacturing process

  1. Assemble electronic components such as ICs, transistors, diodes, resistors, capacitors, transformer, coils, relays, and potentiometers onto PCBs according to design specifications.
  2. Test the assembled PCBs for proper performance.
  3. Integrate the electronics assembly with electromechanical hardware, connectors, switches, terminals, display, and meters into a metallic, fiber, or plastic case with a front panel.
  4. Calibrate and test the final assembled electronic weighing scale unit as per design specifications.

Market

Electronic weighing systems are widely used in industries and business establishments for accurate weighing and segregating of materials. Growth depends on a robust marketing setup backed by efficient after-sales service facilities.
